Removable tank E-CTFE

The transportation company primarily transports Class 8 (corrosive chemicals) and has previously used rubber-lined steel tanks. They have transported hydrochloric acid on the outbound leg, and the return load has carried sodium hypochlorite.

The old steel tank weighed 3,900 kilograms; the new E-CTFE-lined composite tank weighs 2,000 kg, so now 1,900 kilograms more material can be transported in both directions. Because the E-CTFE lining is easy to keep clean, less water is needed for washing, and the materials also remain clean. With the rubber-lined steel tank, the previously transported chemical leaches out even after washing.
